Feb. 14: Security officers responded to Strake Hall in reference to a student having a seizure. The subject was found to be conscious and breathing. The subject was treated by HFD paramedics and transported to an area hospital. The incident occurred a 9:45 p.m.
Feb. 14: A burning smell was reported to be coming from Malloy Hall. Security officers and HFD responded to the scene. The source of the smell was determined to be a burned-out fan motor. The incident occurred at 11:37 a.m.
Feb. 18: A suspect, unaffiliated with UST, was seen kicking a hole in the front door of and entering the Irish studies house. Before HPD could arrive at the scene the suspect tried to flee. Campus security detained the suspect until HPD arrived. The incident occurred at 6:11 a.m.
Feb. 18: A suspect used his hand to strike the side of a vehicle parked on Sul Ross by Guinan Hall. The suspect was confronted by HPD and campus security officers, given a trespass warning and told to leave campus. No damage to the vehicle was found. The incident occurred at 11:05 p.m.
Feb. 19: Unknown suspect(s) stole a wallet out of an unsecured and unattended backpack in the bookstore. The incident occurred sometime between Feb. 16 at noon and Feb. 19 at 9 a.m.
Feb. 19: Unknown suspect(s) entered a dorm room through an unlocked patio door and stole a bag of candy. The incident occurred between 1:30 and 3:45 p.m.
Feb. 19: While security officers were checking a room in reference to a fire alarm, two damaged aluminum gate arms were found. A student admitted to taking them. The incident occurred at 9:55 p.m.
Feb. 20: A student suffered an asthma attack in the basement of Malloy Hall. She was treated by HFD paramedics at the scene but refused transport to an area hospital. She was later transported to an area hospital by a private vehicle. The incident occurred at 10:54 a.m.
Feb. 22: A person became ill and almost fainted in O'Rourke Hall. She was checked by HFD paramedics but refused to be transported to an area hospital. The incident occurred at 12:46 p.m.
Feb. 26: A visitor became ill in Doherty Library. The subject was checked by HFD paramedics and transported to an area hospital. The incident occurred at 2:25 p.m.
Feb. 27: A student was found to be in possession of a small amount of a green leafy substance thought to be marijuana and some drug paraphernalia. The items were confiscated and the matter referred to Student Affairs for disciplinary action. The incident occurred at 11 p.m.
Feb. 28: Unknown suspect(s) stole a pair of sunglasses from an office in Murphy Hall. The incident occurred between Feb. 27 at 5:30 and Feb. 28.
March 7: A student threatened to commit suicide by jumping from the roof of the Moran Center parking garage. UST personnel responded to the scene and prevented the student from jumping. The student was transported to a mental health facility by HPD. The incident occurred at 2 p.m.
March 12: Unknown suspect(s) stole a bicycle from the bike rack by Welder Hall. The incident occurred between March 8 at 11:33 a.m. and March 12.
March 12: Unknown suspect(s) stole a bicycle from the bike rack by Welder Hall. The incident occurred between 1:10 and 3:10 p.m.
March 13: A contractor's vehicle was too tall and bent one of the gate arms in the Moran Center parking garage as it was trying to enter. The incident occurred at 8:54 a.m.
March 15: Unknown suspect(s) stole a golf-cart parked by the Crooker Center. The incident occurred sometime between 8:25 and 10 a.m.
March 15: A suspect driving a dark colored SUV tried to exit the garage behind another vehicle without stopping to show an ID card or pay. The gate arm closed on the suspect's vehicle, bending it as he or she drove off. The incident occurred at 7:43 p.m.
March 16: Unknown suspect(s) stole a Dell flat screen monitor from the Scanlan room in Jerabeck. The incident occurred sometime between March 4 and March 16 at 9:55 a.m.
